Electrical Box Mural (2025)

On Sunday, 4th May 2025, a small act of volunteerism made a big difference to our town's streetscape.

A huge thank you to Kev, who generously volunteered his time and artistic talent to create a lovely new mural on an electrical box in Dundalk. What was once a graffiti-covered eyesore has been transformed into a colourful, welcoming feature that residents can be proud of.

But Kev didn't work alone. Hassan, who is usually found with a litter picker in hand keeping Dundalk tidy, took a well-earned break from picking up rubbish to lend him a hand. Together, they turned an abandoned canvas into a community asset.
